How does the free trial work?

Every new account gets 14 days of the full Pro plan — every module, every feature, no credit card. When the trial ends you pick Pro, or continue on the free Start plan and keep all your data.

Do you take a commission on my bookings?

Only on Start, and only on bookings your own website takes online — a small percentage, which is what lets the plan stay free. Manual bookings and OTA bookings you import are never charged — your OTA already took its commission. On Pro and Fleet it is 0% everywhere: a percentage or a flat fee, never both.

When does Pro become cheaper than Start?

The season your own website overtakes your OTA listings — at steady direct volume the flat fee becomes cheaper than the commission, and we show you the exact crossover inside the app. Switching is one click and applies immediately.

Which currencies can I charge guests in?

Accepted Answer

Your guests pay in your currency — 20+ supported, including USD, EUR and AED. Your TimeKey subscription is billed in EUR or the local equivalent.

Can I cancel or change plans anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Upgrades apply immediately, downgrades at the end of the billing period, and you can cancel anytime — your booking history and customers stay exportable.

What about SMS, WhatsApp and AI costs?

Messaging — and AI conversations on the Start plan — run on credits at cost-based rates, so you only pay for what you actually use. On Pro, AI conversations are included. Email notifications are unlimited on every plan.
