Every bike is real inventory with its own size and type, so a booking always maps to a real frame, and a multi-day hire blocks that bike for the whole stay. Add helmets, locks, child seats or a delivery to the hotel at checkout, and set a deposit against the value of an e-bike.

Take payment up front, hold a security deposit for e-bikes, and send reminders with the pickup point and return time. Returns and back-to-back hires land on the same calendar, so staff always know which bikes are out, due back, or ready to go.
